Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Carilyn moved to the US over 25 years ago and built an impressive career as an operations and business services specialist.

Like many of her clients, Carilyn is also an entrepreneur and understands the unique challenges facing small businesses, especially those led by women. She believes that building a successful company can be a lot easier when entrepreneurs surround themselves with the right people to connect, collaborate and delegate.
